Accommodation details
Where can I find out details on accommodations?

All information relating to your accommodation can be found on the ‘Accommodation Details’ page after you search for and select a property. Be sure to check all the details before making a booking.

If you’d like to review your accommodation details after you’ve made a booking, you can do so by logging into the ‘Your booking’ section of the website using your booking reference number and lead passenger name.

 


Bookings for larger groups 
How can I make a booking for groups of 10 or more?

How can I make a booking for groups of 10 or more?If you’d like to make a booking for a group of 10 or more, please contact the Group Bookings Department on +84-982260144 to receive better discounts. Unfortunately large group bookings cannot be made online.

 


Flight details
Where can I find out details of my flight?

All information relating to your flight can be found on the ‘Flight Options’ page after you search for and select a holiday.

If your flight details change in any way, you will be notified by our Customer Service Department. However, you can check these details at any time by logging into the ‘Your booking’ section of the website using your booking reference number and lead passenger name.

 


Low deposits
What deposit do I need to pay for my holiday?

The earlier you book your holiday, the greater choice of hotels you have. And with low deposits from only US$ 100 per person or  US$ 250 per family, now really is the best time to book your dream holiday.

 


Minimum age to make a booking 
How old do I have to be to book a holiday?

The minimum age to make a holiday booking with First Choice is 18 years

 


Online discounts
What parts of my holiday receive the online discount?

Your discount for booking online applies to certain elements within your complete holiday package, and does not include airport taxes of fuel surcharges. These cannot be discounted.

For holidays leaving before 01 May 2011 your online discount is shown on the 'Holiday Price' page before you confirm your booking.

For holidays leaving on or after 01 May 2011 your online discount is shown once you have chosen your accommodation and is found wherever you see the Total party price.

TopHow do I book resort transfers?Accommodation Only or Flight Only bookings: If you have booked your flight and hotel separately, transfers are not automatically included and will have to be added to your booking. Where available, you will be given the option to add a transfer during the online booking process.

Package holidays: Most package holidays include a resort transfer in the basic holiday cost. Please note that Skytours, Just and 2wentys bookings and certain holiday deals, as well as holidays booked within 70 days of departure, may be subject to additional charges for coach transfers. Please check this on the Holiday Price page during the booking process. You can choose to de-select the transfers if you wish.


Premium service 
How can I upgrade to Premium service?

When making your flight booking, you can upgrade to a Premium service on the ' Holiday Price' page in the booking process. Your flight details will be shown with an option to upgrade. This is not available on all flights.


Searching
How do I search for a holiday?

To find your ideal holiday, simply use the search form found on the homepage and across the website to select as many of your criteria as possible. For example, your preferred travel dates, departure airport, holiday destination, type of accommodation, number of nights you wish to stay, and the number and type of passengers.

Your accommodation and flight search results will be displayed on the following pages for you to browse through and select at your leisure before booking.


Special needs 
How can I find out if a hotel is suitable for disabled customers?

We strive to provide outstanding and a complete holiday experience for people of all ages and abilities, We always welcome those who may require a little extra assistance. Facilities for customers with special needs will vary from hotel to hotel. Whilst our hotels are obliged to comply with local health and safety standards, and many offer ramps and specially adapted rooms, if you have particular concerns regarding your mobility, you are advised to contact us for information on the suitability of your chosen accommodation prior to booking.
